Styleframes for 'Heartbeat' animation

In 2019 I was invited to join the creative team of Finch video production company to help with the development of a visual language for a film telling the story of a family affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The animation was created for Save Our Sons organisation that supports families living with this rare disease. After a series of experiments with characters design, colour scheme and textures we chose the approach. And then my objective was to paint a set of styleframes for every key scene from the animatic. I hope that this film will inspire people to learn more about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and to support the Save Our Sons organisation.
