Our Square
I made this illustration during our first lockdown in 2020. We were living in a tiny apartment in an old district of Granada in Spain.
’The plants have taken over our little square, the house is filled with the smells of coffee and freshly baked bread. Somewhere really near one of the neighbours plays clarinet. And he’s very good. The birdies have learned that we will share crumbs from our bread experiments almost daily, so they are not shy and come to our steps quite often. One of the most beautiful springs is happening right now, but it’s oh so hard to stay away from worries and doubts’.
